John Tong
Founder and Managing Director of JMT Plastering Ltd, John leads the company with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and integrity—ensuring that a lasting legacy is built for generations to come. With years of hands-on experience, he has developed a deep understanding of long-standing customer relationships and works tirelessly to maintain trust, deliver excellence, and drive continuous improvement in every project. Managing Director
Michelle Woolcott
With a strong background in administration and financial management, Michelle plays a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to accuracy ensure that both the day-to-day operations and long-term financial planning are handled with the utmost professionalism. As Company Secretary, she also ensures the business remains coordinated, and well-supported—providing a solid foundation for growth and continuity.
Operations Manager
Gary McVeigh
As the Operations Manager at JMT Plastering Ltd, he oversees and manages the day-to-day functions of the onsite business to ensure seamless operations and peak efficiency. With a strong focus on planning, resource management, Gary plays a key role in driving productivity and operational excellence. His broad responsibilities include implementing production workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and continuously refining onsite processes. Dedicated and results-driven, Gary’s primary goal is to enhance overall performance and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of JMT Plastering Ltd.
Business Support Manager
D'Arcy Rowlands
Has a key support role at JMT Plastering Ltd, assisting our off-site Quantity Surveyor with the pricing and planning of projects. In addition to her involvement in project coordination, D’Arcy also provides vital accounts and administrative support across the office. Her versatility, attention to detail, and proactive approach contribute to the smooth operation of both our commercial and administrative functions, making her an integral part of the JMT team.

Wayne Harvey
As Patcher at JMT Plastering Ltd, Wayne has a strong focus on quality control and delivering a high standard of finish across all drylining patching works. Wayne ensures that every job is completed to the highest standard and aligned with our clients’ requirements, whether carrying out patch repairs, making good, or finishing works on site.
Construction Estimator
Nigel Hodge
Our dedicated Construction Estimator, Nigel is responsible for pricing all of our drylining, screed and render projects, ensuring that every tender and quote is accurate, competitive and reflective of the high standards we deliver on site.
With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of materials, labour and project requirements, Nigel plays a vital role in securing new contracts and supporting the continued growth of the business. He works closely with our contracts and site teams to ensure that every price submitted is both commercially sound and practically deliverable.
Contractor mANAGER
Dan Hawkins
As Contracts Manager at JMT Plastering Ltd, has a strong focus on quality control and meeting project deadlines, Dan ensures that every job is completed to the highest standard and aligned with our clients’ business needs. He also plays a key role in coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining clear and open communication, and ensuring smooth collaboration across all teams. Dan’s leadership and attention to detail are essential to the successful delivery of our projects and the continued reputation of excellence at JMT Plastering Ltd.

We currently have a bank of over 40 sub-contractors, all fully trained and experienced across internal and external finishes. Every member of our team shares the same commitment to quality, safety, and tidy working practices.
